A major talent and literary agency is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated, and detail oriented Executive Assistant supporting our Chief Information Officer. This is not a creative positon. You will not be working for an agent. This person will be responsible for providing confidential administrative and project support to the CIO. Interact daily with IT team and provide information to all levels of the organization as appropriate. The Assistant frequently acts as a liaison between the CIO and various departments and staff, including Executives, Department Heads, Agents and their Assistants, on all matters pertaining to IT policies and operations. New Media/IT/OR Firm experience highly preferred and/or relative experience will be considered. Proficient in Calendar Management, Rolling Calls, Prepare Presentations, Expense Reports, Coordinate Meetings, Conference Room Setup and Scheduling, Compose Email Correspondence, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point. BA/BS degree is required.
