• Screening phones, rolling calls, maintaining call sheet
• Coordinating company meetings, agenda and weekly updates
• Scheduling meetings, managing and prioritizing company and CEO calendar
• Preparation and submission of expense reports
• Professional interaction with managers, agents, talent
