SAG boutique talent agency representing actors working in television, film and print has an opening for an ambitious individual to be an assistant to the owner. Qualified candidates must be extremely detail oriented, motivated, fast learner, able to multi-task, personable, reliable, have a great work ethic and punctual.
The position will be filled the week of May 1, 2017.
All submissions are kept in strict confidence.
Must work 4 days per week, 7 hours per day, with flexible hours 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Great position for someone looking to eventually become an agent, no actors or writers.
This position also provides excellent potential for growth & upward mobility.
Responsibilities include:
Handling incoming calls from the receptionists
Emails and processing mail
Maintaining appointment calendars
Processing new clients
Ordering supplies
General administrative support (Filing, data entry etc...)
Packaging talent submissions, rolling calls, input reports,
Social media sites
Client support including reviewing material, generating and scheduling auditions
Coordinating with casting directors, managers and producers
Other duties not included above
Requirements
Professional Appearance
One year office experience required
Familiar with standard office equipment, Microsoft Office, Email, etc
Excellent communication skills
Excellent phone and people skills
Calm under pressure and able to work and thrive in a high-pressure environment
Organized and able to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
