Search for Assistant Office Manager / Client Services Rep jobs in Hollywood-CA
Part-time to fulltime position available for an Assistant Office Manger/Client Service Rep at a small boutique Post House in Hollywood. Preferred applicant would have a college degree, valid drivers license and insurance, and at least 2 years experience as an office manger or client services rep. Candidates must be personable, work well in small team environment and have strong Mac computer skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media platforms and web based tracking tools.
20-40+ available hours per week and flexible scheduling are a must, though most work days will likely start in the early afternoon through late night M-F. Primary responsibilities will include assisting the Office Manger in daily responsibilities as well as seeing to the needs of clients working out of the facility. Additional responsibilities will also include:
Answering phones - general calls, sales call screening, must be good with clients
Light filing and scheduling
Faxing, copies, mail and shipping, and coordinating of messenger services
Data entry and tracking of shipped elements.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Tracking office equipment - computers etc.
Light cleaning
Coordinating Lunch and Dinner orders for staff and clients
Drink/Snack service for clients
Stocking/maintaining kitchen
Some payroll entry duties/light auditing of timecards, etc.
General Accounting/banking/bill pay
Human Resource Help
Occasional Personal Assistance to senior executive staff members
