Global Music/Talent agency with major offices in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, and globally, seeks ambitious and career-oriented persons for entry-level and assistant level positions in the Music Department. Hired individuals may become eligible for the Music Trainee Program and becoming a music agent.
Duties include, but not limited to:
• Answering heavy phones
• Assisting agent with basic administrative duties (preparing correspondences, dictation, research projects)
• Scheduling meetings/appointments
• Keeping track of and filing expense reports
• Assist with booking travel (flights, hotels, etc.), prepare travel itineraries
• Effective communication with agent, department head and other offices
o Entering client offers
o Issuing and reviewing contract changes
• Entering client information into database
Qualifications include: strong administrative and communication skills, a diverse knowledge of music and the music industry, and some job experience at a music related entity is a plus.
