The world's leading full service entertainment, media, and sports agency is seeking an assistant for the Corporate Finance division.
The Corporate Finance group has completed several significant transactions and is currently working on a wide variety of initiatives, including growth advisory and execution across the agency's core focus areas.
This Assistant - Corporate Finance will work with a group of executives and other assistants, dedicated to helping the agency and its clients execute investment and strategic partnership opportunities across the media, entertainment, and sports sectors.
In addition to traditional administrative duties (rolling calls, scheduling, etc.), qualified assistants will take an active role in the business by creating meeting materials, participating in internal brainstorms and occasionally attending external meetings.
Qualifications
• At least 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience.
• Preferred experience in the media, entertainment, and sports sectors and/or prior roles in investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy (internships, part time or full time)
• Must be personable and have a high level of professionalism
• Adept at quickly learning new processes and technology. Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and in particular Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Extremely flexible, proactive, highly organized, and ability to easily shift priorities, multi- task, and handle heavy work flow processing
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic, corporate environment
Education
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
