Post Hoc Management is looking for a motivated Management Assistant to join the team responsible for global management of The National, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, How to Dress Well, Youth Lagoon, The Antlers and more. We are looking for an organized, motivated individual with initiative and a sharp mind. Candidates should have passion for our music, as well as exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. As a growing company, there is room for the role to expand.
Duties will include:
- Schedule management including travel booking and itinerary creation
- Maintenance of social networks and basic website maintenance
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Carrying out creative research projects
- Tour promotion and logistics including implementing social media plans, reporting on ticket sales and overseeing ticket holds, guest lists, and aftershows
- Office management (mailings, bank deposits, keeping office supplies stocked, etc.)
- Problem solving in a wide variety of situations
Requirements:
- Reliable and mature with a professional and hardworking approach
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- An understanding of our artists and an interest in the wider music industry
