Our established talent agency is looking for a passionate and hard-working full-time agent trainee. Position is Monday through Friday from 9:00pm to 7:00pm. Candidates must be organized, ambitious, thick-skinned and computer savvy. Trainees typically start on the receptionist desk, handling a heavy volume of calls and greeting clients, however duties may also include coordinating client meetings, entering bookings, submission letters, script coverage, and anything else necessary to ensure that the office is running smoothly. This position is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to be an agent, as the next step as a trainee is to move to an agents desk in the talent, alternative programming or youth departments. All those submitting their resume must have previous desk experience at an agency, management, casting office or studio. Candidates need to be meticulous, driven and willing to work very hard with excellent phone and people skills.
