Creative below the line agency located on the Santa Monica promenade is looking for an artist relations/agent assistant. You will be the artists' liaison and advocate in everything from helping with immigration issues, to keeping their calendars current with holds and submissions, scheduling phone calls/meetings, interacting with their foreign agents, working out logistical issues with productions, dealing with special requests from artists, and tracking agency agreement paperwork.
You will also be interacting with producers and production coordinators to help artists convey needs specific to each project they work on. This will involve coordination for a large number of clients on a high volume of projects, so while organization is key, quick response times, personal connection to our clients and thorough familiarity to their work are essential.
This is a great position for a meticulous person with an interest in becoming an agent, as you will learn a great deal from both our commercial and film and TV agents.
Requirements
3 years industry experience. Agency experience preferred by not necessary.
