Requirements:
• Telephone skills, multi phone experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT friendly, technical capacity, including Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and Powerpoint) iCal and Google Calendar proficient.
• Basic social media skills and understanding.
• Organizational skills and supply management.
• Professionalism.
• Flexibile hours may be required
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain client focus.
• Experience in the domestic and international Film, TV industry required
Job Description:
In addition to general administrative duties, this position will work for both the Head of Home Entertainment and Head of International.
• Welcomes visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Answers incoming calls and directs calls accordingly.
• Handles all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the phone, or via email.
• Over sees the scheduling of conference rooms.
• In charge of restocking main conference room refrigerator and ensuring the room is maintained.
• Sorts and distributes mail and packages.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
• Assists in ordering and stocking office supplies.
• Maintains a clean and safe reception area and front lobby by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Supports in a variety of clerical activities and related tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
• Individual will interface with Pure Flix key retail customers, distributors and vendors. Professional organizational skills and acuity is essential.
• Supports a variety of administrative activities and related tasks such as running reports, serving as a conduit for communication out to and in from the field sales team and assisting in the creation of marketing and sales materials.
