Top LA PR Firm Seeks Assistant
Busy PR firm looking for smart, aggressive, kind and intuitive assistant to run a senior level assistant desk. Needs to listen and get it the first time; heavy doses of intuition; able to handle multiple tasks and accurately prioritize multiple urgent tasks with minimal hand-holding. Daily responsibilities include; answering phone line, greeting clients and on-site visitors, screening calls, data entry as required, developing and managing media lists, compiling client activity reports, planning & posting travel, running errands, conducting research; monitoring and clipping media coverage; executing mailings and rolling calls. Strong verbal and written communications skills, the ability to effectively manage a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment, experience communicating with clients and a passion for industry networking a must. Opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment but only if you can succeed on one of the most challenging desks in town. Previous personal or executive level assistant experience a plus.
