Successful company based in NY is seeking an Administrative Assistant with previous office experience. We are seeking an energetic and professional individual who is looking for a long-term position with a great company.
The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and must have a great work ethic! This is an absolute must. You will be required to take an excel test before any in-person interviews.
This position will be responsible for critical administrative functions to support multiple areas within our organization:
• making and updating spreadsheets
• handling CEO's schedule/phone calls/meetings
• ability to prioritize own workload while working autonomously
• commitment to excellence in service, performance, and execution
• exceptional organizational and planning skills with acute attention to detail
• ability to identify and solve problems and think analytically
• ability to maintain positive attitude and handle difficult conversations with clients
• ability to communicate clearly & efficiently with a high volume of calls
• exhibit a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Compensation will be commensurate with your experience.
