Details: Prestigious Talent and Literary Agency is seeking an exceptional Assistant to work in our Foundation Group. The agency's Foundation serves two main functions:

1. To galvanize our employees to make a difference. Whether agents or assistants, the Foundation provides opportunities for employees to get involved, and serves as a resource if they look to find their own causes and volunteer activities. The focus if primarily on serving our communities through education and the arts.

2. To help clients do the same. The Foundation assists our clients across the entertainment, sports and corporate landscapes with their philanthropic initiatives- whether it’s starting their own programs or partnering with an existing organization or cause.

The ideal candidates should be motivated, quick-thinking and open to working in an environment where he/she is capable of performing administrative tasks. The individual should be flexible, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task. Most importantly have an interest in community service and philanthropy.

Administrative duties include but not limited to:
- Coordinating meetings and schedules
- Booking travel
- Preparing expense reports
- Producing correspondence
- Managing corporate events (externally and internally)
- Liaison between HR and Foundation

Qualifications:
- Strong follow-up and project management skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- BA/BS from an accredited University or College
- Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
- Must possess the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have the ability to meet deadlines and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and MS Outlook
- Detailed oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work in a fast paced / team oriented department
- Strong organizational skills
- Someone who is reliable, resourceful and possesses good judgment
