Entertainment Industry Employer seeks a detail-oriented self-starter. The Administrative Support Assistant will perform core administrative tasks including but not limited to:
• Data entry
• Creating and processing contracts
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Filing
• Management of calendars
• Scheduling meetings
• Ordering Supplies
Requirements:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters
• Personal initiative and ability to work independently yet be a team player
• Supportive and offers assistance to multiple partners, managers and peers at any given time
• Must be able to handle and delegate client calls and needs
• Capable of managing simultaneous projects and meeting deadlines
• Willingness to learn proprietary software programs
