Entry Level Administrative Assistant
Salary: Temp to permanent
Hours: Full Time (40hr/week)
Location: 494 Eighth Avenue Suite 1000 New York, NY 10001
Looking for an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to work for two entertainment lawyers with an entrepreneurial spirit. Candidate should have a high level of interest in music, film, television and entertainment. Position is ideal for recent college graduates interested in the entertainment industry, and eventually going to law school.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answering phone, maintaining records, filing, preparing correspondence and a variety of work projects
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and calendar management
• Preparing Licensing agreements
• Generate monthly billing and invoices while maintaining up to date accounting records
• Organize fully executed documents and log client files
• Draft, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Administrative experience
• Someone interested in attending law school
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Must be detail oriented and deadline driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
