Westside entertainment law firm seeks a full-time Executive Assistant.
Executive Assistant will perform support tasks such as maintaining calendar, setting appointments, managing call sheet and rolling phone calls, filing, etc.
The ideal candidate must:
- be capable of multi-tasking;
- possess excellent written and oral communication skills (including a professional phone demeanor) and computer skills;
- pay sharp attention to details and be proactive at organization;
- be willing and able to take initiative in calendaring, tracking project status, and anticipating attorney needs so as to efficiently service firm and clients.
This is not an entry-level position, and candidates must demonstrate a working knowledge of entertainment industry workflow and standard assistant procedures; as such, at least 1-2 years working as an assistant at a transactional entertainment law firm, agency, or studio legal/business affairs department preferred. We are looking for a superstar who can assume the role right away and will simply require acclimation to firm practices and not need to be trained in the basics of being an assistant. Higher education required.
