Part Time Job
Small production company in Hollywood is seeking a strong Admin/Bookkeeping assistant for the legal and accounting departments. The position is part-time (20-25 hours per week).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Electronic filing: scanning and filing legal, accounting, and admin documents
Paper filing
Data entry
Running errands
Bank reconciliations
Some Accounts Payable
Some Accounts Receivable
Qualifications:
Must have experience using QuickBooks & Excel.
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Ideal candidate will work well under minimal supervision and feel comfortable changing gears throughout the work day.
This position has the potential to grow into a full time position depending on the demands of the legal and accounting departments.
