All our staff members are skilled in every facet of strategic public relations and marketing communications including: strategy, positioning and messaging; tactical media and analyst execution; collateral materials development, event management and financial communications.
Job Description:Our LA based office is currently seeking outgoing, articulate individuals who are well-organized to fill an Account Executive position. We provide hands-on experience in public/media relations for technology, Internet and consumer electronics companies. Ideal candidates would have over two years experience in media relations; pitching clients to the media for print, TV and radio exposure; task management (ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, organize/prioritize); account management/relationship building; enhanced communication skills; event planning and general administrative skills.
Individual must have solid writing skills and understand different writing styles for various communication channels.
This person needs to be energetic and a fast learner with a sense of humor. Flexibility is a must as the person in this position must be capable of shifting gears quickly to carry out assignments in a sometimes high-stress environment.
Time and resources management is a must to successfully take assignments from start to finish. The account executive should be someone who is a self-starter, but at the same time, does not hesitate to ask questions or seek help if they need it. Strong interpersonal skills are very important to assure prompt, adequate and personable communications with clients, as well as other staff to provide necessary updates on the status of their work.
