We are seeking a Part-time Account Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day activities of the company including account management, business development, and marketing initiatives. This is a collaborative role working closely with the CEO on maintaining a high level client activities, attracting potential clients, helping to retain existing clients. The candidate should possess an interest in the entertainment industry, a passion for bringing ideas to the table, and be a team player. The role could become full time in the future.
Job Functions:
Draft and send written correspondence to industry contacts.
Prepare account service-related documents including celebrity pipelines, project reports, and proposals.
Manage and track sales pipeline, business development
Proactively and professionally communicate with clients on a daily basis.
Assist with preparing Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks and other presentations.
Revise and proofread documents
Maintain current work-in-progress database and archives of past project information.
Attend the needs of the client and continually seeking ways to add value to the client-agency relationship.
Assist with the management of interns
Skills/Abilities Required:
Working knowledge of the entertainment industry.
Problem solving skills and critical thinking
Strong professionalism in the office environment and via phone
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level organization skills
Sales experience
High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities
Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of products/services.
