Our client, a leading premium entertainment brand, is looking for a tech and data savvy Human Resources coordinator to join its team! In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring employee data accuracy: you'll complete the onboarding process, create and maintain personnel files, perform audits and correct discrepancies, and initiate and complete employee status forms, among other tasks. You'll also run queries and reports as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow with a leader in entertainment!
You should have:
- a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- a minimum 1-2 years experience with HR technology systems, including but not limited to HRMS, payroll, and applicant tracking
- experience with reporting tools, i.e. MS Access, Report Smith, Crystal Reports, or Tableau
- intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- excellent organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
This is a full-time role in the Beverly Hills, CA, area, with compensation between 47-51K, DOE. For consideration, please send your resume
