Full Time Job
A prolific global entertainment company is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join its team! You MUST be experienced in staffing a full spectrum of technology roles [software development, business intelligence, data warehouse, architects, etc.]. You will be responsible for executing a full life cycle recruitment plan to find and onboard the best candidates within this specific candidate marketplace. This includes project management of day to day recruitment operations, appropriately sourcing and tracking candidates and activity in accordance with ATS policies and procedures, developing an effective search strategy and occasionally partnering with a sourcer to fill all client needs in a timely fashion. Additionally, you must work well in a team environment and effectively train/mentor team members on advanced search features, best practices, and enterprise sourcing integration to optimize results.
You should have:
- 5 years technical recruiting experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience [Bonus points for Recruiting/HR certifications]
-The ability to effectively handle a high req load
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- ATS, VMS, and Enterprise HRMS experience (Kenexa or equivalent)
- Proven track record using social media tools including: LinkedIn, Twitter, Tumblr, and Facebook
This is a 6 month contract Recruiter position with potential for conversion in Los Angeles [Burbank/Glendale] or Seattle, WA with a salary around $70/hour, DOE. For consideration please send your resume
