Full Time Social Media Account Manager - Beverly Hills, CA
Entertainment /Sports industry related company.
Develop, articulate, manage and instill the vision through primary focus on the company's social media strategy. Through research efforts the Social Media Manager will work with senior management to help set direction and guide strategic initiatives and project priorities for the company's online business efforts including, but not limited to, website development, internet and extranet communications and tool development, online marketing campaigns, social media and mobile strategy development.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for analyzing and identifying trends relating to branding and marketing effectiveness within social media platforms, (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
The Social Media Manager working with the senior management team, will manage commercial research projects or marketing analytics assignments from ideation to final deliverable with hands on involvement at all stages.
The following lists the tasks/duties and responsibilities but do not constitute an exhausted list of the primary functions of this position. Other duties may be assigned, as needed, by the Sr. VP of Marketing, or the CEO of the company:
Helping to lead the area of insights & analytics on behalf of the digital media measurement practice area, focusing on strategic client consultation, data analysis, and social media campaigns.
Assist in the management of online ad-effectiveness research and online mobile ad-effectiveness databases.
Provide subject matter expertise within assigned business/functional program team regarding platform media, and best practices.
Participate in developing cross-functional Integrated Marketing initiatives, processes, and platforms as part of the digital marketing team to build and optimize the company's core online platform capabilities.
Serving as product champion and working closely with senior management to help build the next generation of world class social media measurement solutions.
Assist in the development and presentation of proposals for new business development.
Work with internal and external customers to create an attractive, highly functional and user friendly online presence that is competitive in the marketplace.
Position Requirements:
5 years in the marketing research space.
3 years in managing research projects. Experienced and knowledgeable in Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
Strong knowledge of online tactics and media, relationship marketing processes, and program measurement methodologies..
Expertise in platform media research with an understanding of offline media research.
Experience: market research, media research, advertising effectiveness and/or marketing analytics.
Strong grounding in market research, familiar with ad and brand tracking, copy testing, marketing & media mix modeling and marketing effectiveness techniques.
Working knowledge of database structures, and data processing principles.
Familiar with media and advertising concepts.
Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Must be experienced, highly skilled and creative.
Hours :M-F, 9am- 6 pm
Salary range is $70k-$90K DOE. Full Benefits and 401K.
