Our client, a worldwide entertainment company, is looking for a Ride/Show Engineering Manager to join its team! In this role, you'll provide technical guidance for attractions and will be responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and Show systems including audio, sfx, projection, lighting, set/scenic, props, show action equipment, mechanical systems, ride control, and show control systems. You'll also serve as liaison between internal and external technical personnel and provide vendor management and technical guidance for the fabrication and in-field installation of show elements.
You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in in-field installation related experience
- a minimum 3-5 years vendor & contract management experience [theme park specific experience highly preferred]
- a license as a Licensed Professional Engineer (State of Florida)
