Personal Assistant to Entertainment Executive -
A High-Profile Entertainment Executive is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high-level personal support out of a home office. The right candidate is seeking an opportunity where they can tackle any task with a true ''can-do'' attitude.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a stand-out individual who possesses exceptional communication skills and demonstrates the utmost poise and professionalism to partner with a prominent Executive.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the gatekeeper to the Executive, handling sensitive and confidential information
• Coordinate between multiple outside contacts, the media, and various high-level executives
• Engage in correspondence via phone and email
• Run errands and manage all house vendors and staff
• Handle other personal requests and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of demonstrated administrative/personal support experience and/or experience in household management
• Must have experience with booking both domestic and international travel
• Exceptional ability to anticipate and prioritize needs
• Superb interpersonal skills; ability to interact with staff, vendors, and guests
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Exercises good judgment and confidentiality as appropriate
• Must have a flexible schedule and be open with availability
Most of the work for this job may be done virtually, however some meetings will take place at the Executive's home or office.
