A High-Profile Entertainment Executive is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high-level personal support out of the home and while out on location. The right candidate is seeking an opportunity where they can tackle any task with a true ''can-do'' attitude, and become an integral piece in navigating the family schedule and keeping everything running smoothly and on track.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a stand-out individual who possesses exceptional communication skills and demonstrates the utmost poise and professionalism to partner with a prominent Executive.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the gatekeeper to the Executive and family, handling sensitive and confidential information
• Coordinate between multiple outside contacts and various high-level executives
• Manage heavy calendars and scheduling
• Engage in correspondence via phone and email
• Run errands and manage all house vendors and staff
• Travel with the Executive; occasionally on short notice and for months while on location
• Handle other personal requests and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
• At least 5+ years of demonstrated personal and/or home office support experience required
• Exceptional ability to anticipate and prioritize needs
• Superb interpersonal skills; ability to interact with staff, vendors, and guests
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Exercises good judgment and confidentiality as appropriate
• Must have a flexible schedule and be open with availability
