A fast growing entertainment company is looking for an organized, professional and energetic PA/Office Manager for their office. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience under their belt, and be looking to get into a position where they can grow within the company, as this role has potential for growth. The candidate will also act as personal assistant when needed, to help take charge of the company culture strategy and staff events. The ideal candidate will be able to show initiative, be incredibly proactive, and exercise good judgment. This is a front of house position, where you will be the first point of contact for all guests, therefore the ideal candidate will be team oriented and able to escort guests as needed. We are looking for someone who is focused and determined to break into the entertainment business, as this is a great opportunity to join the team of an incredible company!
Some duties include:
Deal with all incoming and outgoing post.
Ensure the office is tidy and well organized.
Organize and maintain all business contacts and folders.
Filing, organizing and maintaining all documents.
Work with vendors, order products and supplies when needed.
Meeting and greeting clients, offering hot and cold beverages, ensuring reception area is clean and tidy at all times.
Organize and manage meeting room and ensure it is tidy at all times.
Must have:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Master in Microsoft Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iCal.
Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to use standard office equipment including Mac computer, calculator, fax machine, copier, printer, telephone, smart phones, etc.
Tech savvy person preferred.
$40k salary plus full benefits
College degree required
2+ year of entertainment experience required
