HR File Clerk (Part Time)
Our client, a consumer brands company, in the South Bay is looking for an HR File Clerk about 25hrs a week to help with new hire data entry, employee file creation and maintenance, general filing requests, paycheck distribution, and unemployment claims. Other responsibilities include compensation and benefits delivery, supplies, purchase orders, and invoices. The ideal candidate is professional and organized, meets deadlines, has a strong work ethic, and able to work independently. This person also needs to be PC proficient with experience using Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
