We are a staffing agency with several Executive / Personal Assistant positions open for high level celebrities and VIPs in the greater Los Angeles in the Westside.
WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT CANDIDATES WHO NOW LIVE IN THE GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA AND MUST BE OPEN TO PERHAPS RELOCATING TO THE WESTSIDE
Primary duties for our applicants include, but are not limited to:
Estate Management
• Oversee daily household activity
• Management of personal staff:
o Housekeepers
o Gardeners
o Other contracts / vendors
• Manage a budget
• Coordinate with designers and real estate agents for various projects
• Oversee the maintenance and general care of the home at the highest level
Event Planning
• Manage all aspects of client-hosted personal events including:
o Small gatherings with close friends
o Dinner parties
o Birthday parties
o Holiday entertaining
o Special occasions and more
Office Management
• Coordinate all aspects of a complicated day-to-day schedule, both professionally and personally
• Integrate with schedules of the immediate family members
• Liaise with Personal Manager and Business Manager and their staff
• Schedule business and personal appointments
• Prepare memos, letters, reports, and other paperwork
• Manage projects
Personal Errands
• Handle day-to-day errands like:
o Grocery shopping
o Pharmacy pick-ups
o Gift buying
o Food pick-up
o Dry cleaning
o Other personal requests
Social Activities Coordination
• Special attention to finding the best leisure activities for the entire family, both at home and during travel
• Research and be ''in the know'' of:
o New restaurants
o Kids parks
o Popular shows
o Museum exhibits
o Seasonal attractions
o Unique and fun activities
Travel Coordination
• Oversee all aspects of both professional and personal travel arrangements including:
o Private flights
o Hotel bookings and arrangements
o Ground transportation
o Professional and leisure activities
Skills and Requirements for these positions:
• Be calm under pressure and able to conducts business with the utmost professionalism
• Thrive in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment with the ability to handle a high-volume work load and can prioritize, organize and follow through
• Have excellent oral and written communication
• Have superb computer and technology skills
o Mac, iPad, iTunes, and iCal, and iPhone experts
• Be innate problem-solver and solution-finder with common sense and are proactive not reactive
• Ability to work well independently and also integrate well within a team setting
• Incredibly trustworthy, loyal, and experience dealing with sensitive information
• A handful of positions are seeking six to eight years of experience working with high profile clients
• One position is seeking a seasoned traveler and willing to spend long periods of time away from home
• Some clients need seasoned team management and interpersonal skills
• Some positions require flexible work schedule
