Executive Assistant to two entertainment attorneys
Westside entertainment law firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support two entertainment attorneys. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. To be considered you MUST HAVE at least 2 years EA experience at an entertainment law firm, a top talent agency or management company, or in the legal or business affairs department of a major studio, so please do not apply if you do not have the required experience
Experience handling large volumes of calls and knowing how to roll calls is a must. You must know standard industry phone and sheduling etiquette and be very familiar with the film/TV industry power players. Experience organizing large amounts of paperwork and attention to detail is a must. Fast typing speed required. PLEASE HIGHLIGHT THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE IN YOUR COVER LETTER AND RESUME. Please submit your resume in Microsoft Word Format.
The ideal candidate will need to be intelligent, driven, organized, and thick-skinned. The ability to multi-task under extreme pressure is a must.
SALARY: up to $70k depending on experience and salary history. Excellent benefits.
HOURS: 9-6:30 (8 hrs/day + 1/2 hr/day OT, at time-and-a-half)
