An extremely busy and well-known entertainment law firm in West LA is scheduling interviews for an Executive Assistant role supporting one of their top Partners.
The Partner has many clients, particularly within the music industry, and is in need of an EA who has experience supporting a C-level executive in music or entertainment. In this role, the EA is responsible a multitude of tasks, including the following:
- Handling a high-volume of emails and phone calls
- Proofreading and editing documents and contracts
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments and dinners
- Making travel arrangements and creating itineraries
- Processing expenses and managing invoices
- Assisting with projects and presentations
- Acting as an extension of the Partner and liaising with high-profile clientele
The EA chosen for this role must possess the following attributes:
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in chaotic environment
- Professionalism and strong communication skills
- A thick skin and excellent problem-solving abilities
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within entertainment or a similar industry
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
