Full Time Job
Worldwide tech company based in LA seeks a new full-time Executive Assistant to support the office of the CEO. This person will serve as a main point of contact between the CEO and other staff, vendors, and clients, and will oversee phones, scheduling, extensive travel arrangements, and special events, including menu planning, entertainment, and more. Some travel may be required, as this role may attend off site meetings with CEO and provide ground support. FLEXIBLE WEEKEND SCHEDULE is a must: could be a Thursday - Monday schedule, or something similar. It's NOT a 24/7 job, but will be necessary to be aware of any last minute changes or questions that come up. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are important, as projects will include expense reports and putting together key presentation decks.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelors Degree (REQUIRED); bonus points for MBA
- 2-3 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally to a President, VP, or CEO level
- Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to be on call after hours / some weekends as needed
