Leading Entertainment Management Firm has an exciting, high-level opportunity for a superstar Assistant to directly support one of their top clients, a busy professional in the entertainment industry.
The Assistant will oversee all things business and administrative for this entertainment professional. We are seeking a critical thinker who thrives under pressure and is experienced at creating structure and organization out of seeming chaos. The ideal candidate is therefore a fast-paced, ambitious, and detail-oriented professional with the ability to see the big picture and all the pieces that fit together to make it.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing scheduling and calendar management; accommodating last-minute changes in priority and agenda
• Arranging travel logistics; providing support while the principal is traveling
• Handling correspondence and serving as the conduit for all communications
• Liaising with assistants, marketing teams, and publicists on the principal's behalf
• Performing extensive research; creating detailed project proposals and action plans for approval
• Building out and structuring a local team of personal assistants and support staff
Requirements:
• Previous agency experience is preferred; prior high-level assistant experience is required
• Laser-sharp focus with meticulous attention to detail and organization
• Business-savvy with the ability to seamlessly prioritize tasks
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions with minimal direction
• Poise and composure under pressure
• Deadline-driven, results-oriented approach
• Flexibility to travel for work if/when needed
This position is based in Los Angeles. Must sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Lots of potential for growth - but must make a minimum 2 year commitment to Assistant role.
