The industry leader in entertainment has an immediate need for an Employee Development Trainer who will be responsible for supporting and implementing strategies for their new hires.
In this unique role, the Employee Development Trainer will be responsible for:
• Supporting and implementing programs for all new employees including phone training, customer service etiquette, scheduling in Outlook, and interpersonal communication skills in the workplace
• Creating and maintaining training manuals and content for the Employment Development Program which includes PowerPoint presentations and training materials.
• Implement and execute skill testing requirements for all new employees including Microsoft Office programs, Keynote and company applications
• Establish KPI's to measure and evaluate success at reaching target training goals
Qualifications
for this role are:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity and/or employee development and training
• Exceptional project management skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Comfortable working in a corporate business environment
• Entertainment /media industry experience preferred
