Full Time Coordinator - boutique size Commercial Talent Agency
Hours 9am-6pm, M-F
Responsibilities shall include (not limited to:)
• Research consumer markets, contacts, monitor trends and identifying potential areas for client opportunities.
• Partner with publicists, managers, brands and clients to organize specific opportunities and marketing programs.
• Assisting with the sign off and maintenance of new and existing campaigns and teams to ensuring the highest standards are kept.
• Maintain timelines that will ensure target delivery dates.
• Serve as liaison with teams to process requests that support overall objectives, including compiling press kits, pitch decks, outreach information, etc.
• Help develop brand pitches for clients.
• Flexibility to multi-task in a high energy environment and complete task from start to finish.
• Coordinate e-mail and web-site marketing with e-commerce teams.
• Update Marketing Database of contacts/calendars as they are added and changed.
• Support office staff in various administrative roles when needed.
• Heavy pitching and PowerPoint Presentations!
Must also display skills in following areas:
• Strong computer proficiency MAC- (PowerPoint and some Photoshop skills are needed)
• Strong analytical skills
• Have instinctive feeling about future brand/product concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic self-starter
• Professional & a team player- with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Strong potential for growth.
Requirements:
Experience with brand pitches for clients
Must have an interest in Marketing
Strong Computer skills: MAC, PowerPoint, Photoshop
