Global entertainment and media leader has an immediate need for a Booking Coordinator, who will handle accounting functions and liaise with agents, assistants, and attorneys to resolve issues related to contracts, booking reports and payments.
• Qualifications for this role are:
• 1 to 2 years of Accounting experience required
• B.A. Degree
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), and ability to work confidently with attorneys, managers and studio contacts
• Experience working in a corporate environment
• Integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
• Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office proficiency
