Administrative Assistant (Data Entry)
Our client, a global entertainment brand located in Orange County, CA is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their International Shipping, Procurement, and Exporting teams. This person will be responsible for inputting data into shipping forms and purchase orders/invoices.
You should have:
- At least 3 years of data entry experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Detail oriented and organized
*Previous experience processing shipping orders, purchase orders and invoices is preferred.
This is a 3 month contract role in Anaheim CA, area with compensation around $17/hr, DOE. For consideration, please send your resume
