Are you looking to further your career in Entertainment? I am partnered with a Major Film Studio who is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team! If you have experience providing administrative support to the Entertainment Industry, then this could be the next big move for you!
Description
-Provide office support for finance department and interactive group by ordering supplies and materials, working with the help desk on any office or technical issues.
-Sends emails/faxes and assists in distribution of documents to executives on a monthly basis.
- Process and track Deal Memos to route for approval.
-Schedule meetings and occasional conference calls, books/confirms travel, manages expense reports, and arranges mail, and UPS/ FedEx packages.
-Maintains and administers filing system and creates legal files for new contracts.
-Assists with updating royalty financial schedules for certain licensees.
-Updates deposit/wire/journal binders and assist with photocopying deposits and journals on a regular basis.
-Assist with entering cash deposits in our contract management system along with dropping off deposits and helping out with other miscellaneous finance functions.
-Process check requests and online cases and create and review PO's as needed and maintain PO Log.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years executive assistant experience in entertainment.
-Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and office tasks.
-Ability to demonstrate common sense, practicality and good judgment with proven ability to take the initiative in keeping organized and being efficient.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong prioritization and organizational skills and a pleasant professional demeanor.
-Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
-Working with a finance group and having some finance experience a plus.
