Details: Position Purpose:
Develop, support, and maintain the company’s business information systems for Concord Music Group.

Core Responsibilities:
-Assist with the monthly import of financial data
-Maintain and support the MAS 500 ERP system, eRequester, and OnBase (DCM)
-Automate business processes to streamline business workflow
-Generate ad-hoc reports for various departments
-Be involved in integrations and migrations of acquired companies
-Additional projects as needed

Outline of Specific Functions:

Financial Data Import

• Assist in the automated ingestion of monthly financial information into the MAS 500 ERP system.
• Manage and improve the financial import process using SSIS, SQL scripts, and automation tools
• Work closely with finance department to support data imports.

Support MAS 500 ERP system, eRequester, OnBase (DCM - Future Responsibility)

-MAS500
• Assist in version upgrades of MAS 500 ERP system
• Provide end-user support for the MAS 500 ERP system to CMG users.
• Develop systems/processes to automate previously manual processes with MAS 500.
• Facilitate integration of MAS 500 data with other information systems.
• Assist in the management of various modules of ERP system.

-eRequester (Paperless Purchase Order processing system)
• Assist in management of web-based purchase order processing system.
• Coordinate with Application Development company to resolve issues.
OnBase (Document Content Management system) (Future Responsibility)
• Manage document retrieval application
• Assist in connectivity with ERP system and other business systems

Automate Business Processes

• Automate manual processes to streamline business flow.
• Aid in the periodic inventory reconciliation processes.
• Assist the Concord Inventory department with complex data centric projects and tasks.

Reporting

• Generate ad-hoc reports using SQL scripts, Crystal Reports, and Excel from various databases.
• Support and manipulate previously developed reports within MAS 500 and other systems.

Integration and Migration Projects

• Assist in discovery, planning, and integration steps of financial systems of acquired companies
• Migration of data between legacy systems to existing systems
• Training and support of end users

Miscellaneous Support

• Management of financial systems, database backups, and restorations
• Assist in the alleviation of technical difficulties at Concord when possible.

Requirements:
• Strong technical understanding of database and data principles.
• Solid financial background and strong problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with the MAS 500 ERP system or any ERP system.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server, Access, and Excel products.
• Proficiency with SQL and other scripting/programming languages.
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to handle variety of technical and analytical issues within the organization.
• General agreement and acceptance of the Company’s core values
