Global digital video startup Commercialize TV is seeking a passionate, driven, dedicated social media coordinator - a highly organized, energetic all-rounder with a passion for video and a ''can do'' attitude. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the formative team building an exciting startup with a vision to become the world's preeminent video hub, with a particular focus on Asia (especially distribution in China). We're looking for an ambitious self-starter who can help grow, manage and distribute video content throughout diverse digital platforms globally. The current content focus is on two key pillars - Fashion & Action/Adventure. A love of and passion for one or both pillars is an advantage.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for developing, scheduling, producing/writing all posts for C Fashion's social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram)
· Monitor day-to-day social media conversations to provide timely responses, engagement and growth
· Assist with day-to-day operations of Commercialize TV's YouTube channel networks, including programming and scheduling
· Optimize content through SEO practices, achieved through real-time monitoring and keyword strategies
· Produce analytic reports to monitor engagement of targeted audiences to develop tactics to grow C Fashion's social networks
· Passion for the digital space, particularly fashion & beauty and action & adventure
Skills & Experience
· Strong knowledge of all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram)
· Strong knowledge of YouTube, YouTube certified a plus
· Proficient in photo shop
· Excellent online communication skills across social networks
· Basic knowledge of SEO & video optimization
· Strong organizational and documentation skills
· Must be team-oriented, comfortable collaborating, but also able to work independently
· Familiar with Facebook Insights, Analytics Platforms and other reporting tools
· 2+ years social media & marketing experience required
· Strong writing skills and comfort creating short and long form written content
· Must be able to provide examples of social media content you have produced
