Search for Background Casting Assistant - Night jobs in New York-NY
Seeking a part time Background Casting Assistant for evening work. Hours would generally start between 5pm - 7pm and be about 6-7 hours of work per day. Training will be during normal business hours and once properly trained the evening hours will begin.
Duties will include working with Casting Directors, casting background actors for TV Series/Feature Films, verifying actors have received their shoot information, filing required paperwork with unions, etc.
Candidates should be energetic, hard working and well organized with the ability to think and communicate clearly and concisely. MUST be able to multi-task with a strong attention to detail and work well in a team environment. Candidates must be able to handle busy phones, scheduling actors in a pleasant and professional manner, as well as, be able to adapt quickly to working in a fast paced environment. A friendly demeanor and good work ethic are a must!
Salary to be determined based on your level of experience.
