JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop creative / innovative brand integration ideas and structure pitches for Comcast Networks / G4 Ad Sales to use in soliciting new and / or existing clients
• Manage assigned integration projects and core G4 Marketing Solutions franchises
• Drive tactical execution of promotional and added-value deals including writing / submitting creative work orders, overseeing product integration / placement, sponsorships, promotional spots / interstitials, promotions (contents, sweepstakes), on-site / experiential marketing, events, etc.
• Manage the development and creation of sales support materials for all partnership opportunities including promotional presentations, sales collateral, one-sheets, sizzle reels, client wrap-up reports and research materials
• Provide updates of all brand integrations for Ad Sales distributed status reports and Production schedules to ensure sponsorship deliverables and deadlines are met
• Set priorities and manage work flow of various projects and assignments, upon business needs; keep track of budgets and timelines on a project-by-project basis
• Liaise with interdepartmental personnel and outside client management to guarantee proper execution of all added-value deals and promotions
• Maintain good working relationships and cooperate with members of several internal departments including: Ad Sales, Production, Legal, Interactive, Consumer Marketing and Creative Services
• Work with Interactive and Sales departments to develop integrated marketing programs for G4tv com, podcasting, broadband video and VOD platforms
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum 3-4 years in marketing and / or ad sales experience with a managerial level background at an agency, film studio, national brand, broadcast or cable television environment
• Must be entertainment savvy with interest in how brands are reaching consumers through emerging media / technologies
• Excellent client / project management and organizational skills are essential
• Problem solver, resourceful, organized, energetic, and passionate
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively message ideas / solutions to multiple constituents
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel a must
• Interest / familiarity in gaming, technology, and other demo-specific lifestyle categories a plus
