CDS seeks YouTube savvy interns for training in digital publishing, creator and audience management.
Brief Description of Intern's Role:
Supervised by the Network Development Team, interns will learn how digital publishing companies reach out, conduct business with stakeholders (including artists, publishers & brands) and sustain growth in this new digital ecosystem.
Specific Tasks and Activities:
Interns will be assigned special projects, learning how to apply quantitative and qualitative criteria for identifying digital content publishers for inclusion in the CDS YouTube network including:
• Reviewing YouTube analytics data to propose digital marketing strategies
• Testing new ways to drive viewership and grow audience
• Researching YouTube best practices and SEO for implementation into upload workflow, including tags, links, titles and thumbnails for specific video and channel launches
• Collaborating with the Information Management team to implement optimization campaigns
Preferred Background
Must have a love for online video, be very detailed oriented, and most importantly, willing to constantly jump in and learn.
This internship is not paid - must be able to receive academic credit or endorsement from an accredited learning institution.
