Our products are used daily by film and television production companies all over the world. We are currently looking for a conscientious and hardworking individual to join our rapidly expanding team. Vacancies exist within the company for the following roles:
Locations: Los Angeles, CA
Support Engineer who will work side by side with our Sales and Product Development teams in the set-up, documentation and ownership of the production Support services for Codex products.
Responsibilities ยท
Work with the Global Support team in the follow-up of client support emails and direct calls and license requests.
Perform Product demonstrations and training for Sales Customers during the purchase phase and after sale process. Liaise with the Codex Product Development team members to help test new software builds and features to document any found bugs and report performance issues.
Enter and Track all support issues with Codex Zoho Support Ticketing system.
Keep up to date with networking tools and techniques appropriate to the industry.
Requirements
General Computer Systems Administration skills.
Basic Networking knowledge.
Knowledge in Linux and OS X operating systems (CentOS advantageous).
Hands-on experience with Linux/OS X troubleshooting and problem solving.
Hands-on experience with Networking troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Production and Camera technology a Strong Plus.
Strong communication, documentation & process skills.
Ability to handle several tasks in parallel, effectively prioritize and execute in a high- pressure environment.
Shipping/International and Receiving Experience (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
Production PA experience a plus
Valid California Drivers License
Customer Service Experience
Willing to work weekends and occasional overtime
Open to travel
Ability to move and lift 50 pounds
Team player & Open mind.
