Job Description
Required Skills
-Assist Digital Program Director and Online Content Director in facilitating timely communication with internal departments and external clients, listeners and partners with regard to requests, complaints and other correspondence.
-Manage multiple digital assets on multiple sites.
-Oversee and execute Digital prize fulfillment and contesting details/rules on multiple sites.
-Develop and execute online activations and content for sites for marketing and advertisers.
-Work with talent in developing unique online elements and content.
-Research and develop online strategies to increase online presence via Social Networks and Digital assets
-Stay abreast on new online trends, news, and software and hardware developments.
-Provide recap materials for internal and external stakeholders. Includes all requested proof of performance materials (screenshots, airchecks, etc). All materials delivered based on requested deadlines.
-Work with the Digital and Sales departments to schedule, develop and coordinate station email newletters.
-Attend and manage assigned duties at major station events (Major station concerts, winner activations, live broadcasts, etc).
-Follow and update Social Nets on multiple sites throughout the day
Required Experience
-Highly Organized & Self Motivated
-1+ years in website content development and creation of interactive content.
-1+ years in site management.
-Ability to evaluate designs and content to ensure that is visually appealing, meets brand guidelines, and exhibits all of the 'best -practices' for presenting web content to a general or specifically-targeted audience.
-Experience managing a content-oriented website.
-Knowledge of web standards, browser compatibility issues, and accessibility issues.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Passion for internet, pop culture, & social media.
-General knowledge of various backend website admin tools
-Basic image editing skills
-Very sharp attention to detail
-Speed - able to work quickly and error free
**Must have video editing experience**
Preferred Skills
-Experience with Stickyfish platform
-Hands on skills with HTML, CSS, Photoshop, FTP, Microsoft Project, and be familiar with Content Management Systems
-Excellent knowledge of Windows OS & Mac OS
-Knowledge of HTML CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
