Respected Bi-coastal Talent Agency is looking for an entry level assistant to join our Young People's department. Candidates must be highly motivated, skilled, and energetic with excellent communication and people skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast pace and high pressure environment is essential, as well as resourcefulness and strong attention to detail. Computer skills are a must. Ideal candidate will have interest in the entertainment industry. Prior industry experience is preferred. Must handle the high pressure of phone calls and emails in a time-sensitive manner.
Duties include:
- Roll calls (including putting out auditions accurately and corresponding with casting and clients)
- Track client auditions
- Coordinate day-to-day materials (reels, DVDs, submissions, etc.)
- Assist with new client set up: paperwork, track materials, contracts, etc.
- Interaction with agents, managers, casting directors and actors via phone, email and in person.
