Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings offers many types of displays across its global platform to meet the advertising needs of its customers. This includes a growing digital platform that now offers over 1,000 digital billboards across 39 U.S. markets.
Position Overview
The Proposal Coordinator is an operational and tactical role that supports the efforts of the Campaign Planning team and works in partnership with Campaign Strategists. The Proposal Coordinator focuses on the timely fulfillment of deliverables pertaining to Request for Proposals (RFP) from advertising clients.
Required Skills
Support Campaign Strategists (internal clients) and understand needs of requests
Process all proposal elements and deliverable documents as directed by the RFP Support Manager, including: Excel spreadsheets, photo databases, PowerPoint presentations and map creation
Assure complete and timely completion of proposal deliverables
Work against Service Level Agreements (SLA), in particular accuracy of deliverables and speed of response to internal clients
Operations
Review RFP deliverables and determine best approach
Utilize CCO's proposal and mapping tools to compose and edit key information for proposals
Prepare proposal data using Excel
Access databases to collect proposal material
Develop maps using mapping software to chart locations of media products and demographic information
Use Salesforce worksite for each assigned proposal to ensure proper workflow
Use proposal file access and tracking protocol to ensure the integrity of all proposal documentation
Coordinate with any internal specialist to ensure completion and accuracy of all proposal elements
Work within a tightly-knit team environment
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred with 1 - 3 years related experience
Strong organizational skills; ability to effectively multi task, organize, and prioritize work with attention to detail
Demonstrates ability to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Windows operating system and proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and able to learn and use company and customer system(s)
Ability to interpret a variety of situations and instructions furnished in written, verbal, chart/diagram or schedule form
Collaboration skills-able to interact and partner effectively and professionally with internal clients and teams
Reports to RFP Support Manager
