Los Angeles-based artist management company is looking for interns that are bright and passionate about the music industry.
Duties may include outreach, tour booking, researching upcoming projects, and other general administrative tasks. Interns will also be responsible for updating artist websites and social media.
Must be a self-starter, be able to take direction, and work efficiently to complete assigned tasks. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in the music business. Candidates should also have a strong musical background and desire to gain experience in artist representation. This internship is very hands-on and you will gain experience in all areas of artist management.
Qualifications:
• Administrative experience
• Professional communication skills
• Neat and organized
• Exceptional writing skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
• Well versed in pop, rock, and country music
• PC proficient
• Knowledge of Musician's Atlas
Interns must currently reside in Los Angeles and be available 2 days a week, 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM, for a minimum of three months.
This internship is unpaid. A letter for college credit is available.
