Charlie's Talent is a leading entertainment company providing full-service talent and media management working with intellectual property, literary, music and production.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, has high energy, and is results-oriented with a creative and analytical mind. We look for people with experience with an entertainment and media background.
Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage relationships with brands.
Collaborate with advertisers on sponsorship packages and branded content ideas.
Develop deal structures for branded integration throughout Charlie's Talent properties.
Work closely with team to develop integrated content strategies for clients.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years business development, branded entertainment and/or sponsorship sales experience.
Established relationships with brand marketing executives.
Proven track record of reaching and pitching decision makers.
Deep comprehension of what brands are trying to achieve and ability to creatively incorporate ideas into content.
History of exceeding quotas and driving quantifiable results.
Understanding of web video platforms and ability to creatively develop integrated brand solutions within the video landscape.
Extensive knowledge of video, YouTube, convergence technologies and social ecosystems.
Digital and social experience is a must, with love for data-driven results and ability to negotiate deals.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
Passion for media and entertainment; interest in pop culture.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
Passion in the verticals of our top performing networks including: Media & Entertainment, Music, Fashion & Lifestyle.
