What we're looking for:
CEG is looking for a savvy administrative assistant that will work full time in our midtown office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and an interest in pop culture. Candidates must understand the concepts of confidentiality and be comfortable communicating with influential celebrities and musicians, and management. This is an entry-level position, but experience in social media marketing and business entertainment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
-The qualifying candidate will work directly with our agents and office manager in executing the following tasks:
-Generate talent contracts and invoices
-Answer phones and assist in general administrative duties
-Efficiently coordinate post schedules with talent and research for our social media division
-Write captions for influential brands
-Help coordinate social media posts for our talent and brands
-Work with brands to schedule sponsored posts
Qualifications:
-Must be a college graduate and hold a Bachelor's degree
-Skilled in the following social media and digital media platforms required: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Photoshop, WordPress
-Flexibility and ability to problem solve easily
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills
-Excellent organization skills
-Excellent phone rapport and administrative abilities
-Must be able to work with a Mac computer
-Must be able to take direction and work individually as well as be team player
-Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
-Have a ''can-do'' mentality
-Take initiative and not be afraid to ask questions
