What we're looking for:
CEG is looking for a savvy administrative assistant that will work full time in our midtown office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and an interest in pop culture. Candidates must understand the concepts of confidentiality and be comfortable communicating with influential celebrities and musicians.
Responsibilities:
The qualifying candidate will work directly with our agents and office manager in executing the following tasks:
• Generate artist contracts
• Answer phones and operate in general administrative duties
• Efficiently research for our social media division
• Update website, databases and social media
• Create artist booking materials in Adobe Photoshop
Qualifications:
• Must be a college graduate and hold a Bachelor's degree
• Skilled in the following social media and digital media platforms required: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Photoshop, WordPress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent phone rapport and administrative abilities
• Must be able to work with a Mac compatible computer
• Must be able to take direction and work individually as well as be team player
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, slightly stressful work environment
